Molly Benz: 2022 has been a year of continued growth for Dental Care Alliance. As one of the oldest and largest DSOs in the country, DCA has significant experience operating and growing in complex environments. 2022 was no different as DCA grew same-office locations as well as expanded into a few select new markets and added density to our existing markets. As DCA continues to grow, the specific focus on market density across all practice and specialty types is a critical focus to ensure we build a market-leading position that can best serve the needs of the population in each market we serve.

Also, 2022 had significant focus on our people. We invested heavily in our recruiting teams to keep up with patient demand, and we invested heavily in our office teams by adding technology that makes it easier for them to serve patients. This includes artificial intelligence, lasers and guided biofilm therapy. These are great investments now and into the future as they are a win-win — the patient experience and the DCA team member experience are improved. Ultimately, these will help propel further growth into 2023.
