Dental administration company Scion Dental, based in Menomonee Falls, Wis., has appointed healthcare industry business leader Gail Buenger, JD, to the position of vice president of operations.
Here are four things to know:
1. Ms. Buenger was chosen due to her comfort dealing with a rapidly-changing marketplace, according to a company statement.
2. Prior to Scion Dental, Ms. Buenger served as director/chief integration officer of the healthcare division's revenue cycle solutions practice at Navigant Consulting.
3. John Schaak, president of Scion Dental, said, "These are very unsettled times in healthcare," and believes Ms. Buenger will be able to handle rapid change and growth based on her experience and credentials.
4. Scion Dental is a part of SKYGEN USA which specializes in benefit management.
