Henry Schein launches web portal to help customers manage inventory: 3 highlights

Henry Schein unveiled a new automated system, the ProRepair web portal, to help dental practices manage handpiece repairs, inventory and more.

Here are three highlights:

1. ProRepair is designed to better customer experience by maintaining each practice's handpiece inventory, diagnosing problems and displaying repair options, providing preapproved pricing for repairs and retaining customer history.

2. Oral health professionals submit a repair request in three steps and the web portal will expedite the repair process.

3. The web portal updates as a customer's inventory changes and keeps providers up to date on each handpiece's warranty. ProRepair also keeps a detailed history on every handpiece repair to give providers an archive.
