Weave adds insurance verification for dental customers

Weave has added insurance verification to its communications platform, which is designed to give dental practices quick access to patient insurance information, reducing the time spent on insurance verification.

If a patient’s insurance is not verified, offices can contact patients by phone or two-way texting to update the information faster than before, according to a July 12 news release. 

The new feature allows practices to focus more on patients and on improving efficiency, the release said.
