The Hartford and Beam Benefits have partnered to integrate dental benefits for small employers.
Brokers can now add dental benefits with the Hartford's group income protection to create benefits packages for employers with fewer than 100 employees, according to an Aug. 29 news release from the Hartford.
The partnership will create four dental plan options as well as access to the Beam Perks program, which offers rewards and incentives for members with consistent dental habits.
Beam Disability provided by the Hartford will be available in five states starting in September with plans to expand to additional states, the release said.
