USA Today has named its top two dental insurance plans for 2024 that have no waiting period, according to a Nov. 15 report.
Ameritas's PrimeStar Complete and Spirit Dental's Core Network plans were the only two plans to receive a rating of four stars. No plans earned a five star rating.
The publication analyzed 28 dental plans with no waiting periods based on rates and coverage.
USA Today named the Spirit Dental Core Network plan as its best affordable dental insurance plan with no waiting period. The plan has a $100 lifetime deductible and covers 100% of two dental exams and three cleanings each year.
The best plan with no waiting period for seniors is the Ameritas PrimeStar Complete plan. The plan has a $50 annual deductible and covers 100% of in-network and 90% out-of-network preventive care.
