1. The American Dental Association responded to CMS’ request for information, aiming to improve data transparency and reporting for insurers.

2. The Biden administration issued a final rule to streamline enrollment in Medicaid and CHIP coverage.  

3. About 19.2 million people have been disenrolled from Medicaid as of March 26.

4. West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice signed a bill that expands the state’s Medicaid dental coverage cap.

5. Due to low reimbursements, fewer dentists in Iowa are seeing Medicaid patients. A study showed that the percentage of dentists in the state accepting new Medicaid patients dropped from 62% to 14% over the course of 30 years.
