The Columbus, Ohio-based company is aiming to reach 400 team members by the end of this year, it said April 28. These hires will include new additions to its executive leadership covering engineering, product design and people. It will also fill roles in customer operations, sales and engineering, among others.
Beam was recently recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies of the Midwest in 2022 by Inc.
The company has more than 300 employees and serves employers in 43 states.
