Class-action law firm Lynch Carpenter has launched an investigation into Delta Dental of Virginia’s recent data breach.
On or around April 23, Delta Dental of Virginia discovered suspicious activity associated with an email account and launched an investigation. It was determined that between March 21 and April 23, certain emails and attachments may have been accessed and acquired without authorization.
