The company plans to use the funds to continue the growth of its team and support its customers, according to an Oct. 10 news release from Plan Forward.
Plan Forward provides dental practices an alternative platform for uninsured patients to pay without increasing the workload for the practice.
Currently, Plan Forward is working with dental organizations and practices across 40 states.
The financing round was led by Elevate Ventures with participation from IU Ventures and Revere Partners, the release said.
