The expansion gives more than 374,500 patients coverage for preventative and diagnostic services for the first time, including cleanings, fillings and exams.

Adult recipients with a $1,000 annual limit have access to two six-month exams, cleanings, one three-year exam, fluoride treatments, fillings, crowns and gum treatments. Benefits with no annual limit include emergency treatments and dentures deemed medically necessary by a dentist.
