A private equity firm focused on orthodontists and pediatric dentists launched Sept. 1.

Phase 1 Equity was formed through a collaboration between investment firm DuneGlass Capital and Colorado-based practices Williams Orthodontics and Kohrs Orthodontics. 

The company aims to help entrepreneurial dental professionals improve their operational and economic performance, according to a Sept. 1 news release.
