The collaboration between the two companies will provide “rapid resolution of insurance claims and attachments, real-time eligibility checks and electronic remittance advice,” according to a March 1 news release from Patterson Companies.
Many dental practices have had difficulties processing insurance claims due to the cyberattack, which has had an impact on customers and patients.
Patterson Dental is not charging its customers for the first month for the services, the release said.
Henry Schein One partnered with Dentrix to provide a similar solution for its customers and dental practices that were affected by the cyberattack.
