Dunwoody, Ga.-based Vyne has sold its hospital and health system division to concentrate entirely on Vyne Dental, its dental revenue cycle management platform.
Vyne Medical was sold to MRO, a clinical data management company, according to a Sept. 16 news release.
CEO Steve Roberts said the sale is a “focus decision,” adding that the company’s biggest opportunity is dental RCM.
Vyne Dental remains a portfolio company of TJC, formerly known as The Jordan Company. The company said it plans to accelerate product innovation, expand DSO capabilities, increase AI investment across the reimbursement lifecycle and pursue additional acquisitions.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
