San Francisco-based Zentist has launched Vault, a lockbox automation solution designed to help dental organizations automate the receipt, processing, deposit and reconciliation of insurance checks.
Built within Zentist’s Remit AI platform, Vault provides a dedicated lockbox that receives insurance checks on behalf of dental organizations, captures check and EOB data, generates Image Cash Letters for deposit and gives revenue cycle teams real-time visibility into each payment’s status from receipt through reconciliation.
Zentist said traditional bank lockboxes handle check receipt and deposit but leave revenue cycle staff to manually process EOBs, track deposits and reconcile payments across multiple systems. The new solution is designed to automate steps while providing multi-location visibility by payer, location and payment status, according to an Oct. 6 news release.
