Students accepted into the dental hygienist program at Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, an affiliate of Penn State, are now eligible for the sponsorship program.
Qualified candidates will receive up to $12,500 in assistance in addition to guaranteed job placement at a Laurel Health clinic after graduating.
The initial job placement is for two years with the potential option of full-time employment afterwards, the report said.
