Forty-two percent of DSO-affiliated dentists are satisfied or very satisfied with their benefits, according to Dentalpost's 2024 Dental Salary Survey.
Dentalpost surveyed 534 dentists from July to October 2023 for this year's report.

Medical: 76.19%
Dental: 66.67%
Retirement: 61.9%
Vision: 61.9%
Paid continuing education: 52.38%
Paid vacation: 28.57%
Paid holidays: 28.57%
None: 9.52%
Disability: 4.76%
Malpractice: 4.76%
The benefit affiliated dentists wanted most if they did not already have it was paid time off, according to the report.
