The PDS Health Foundation has provided $1 million in tuition assistance to dental assisting students at Concorde Career Colleges over the last 10 years.
The PDS Health Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health, has provided CCC students with tuition assistance through its Dr. Carolyn Ghazal Dental Assistant Scholarship program. PDS Health has also worked with CCC over the last 20 years to provide mentorship, hands-on learning and workforce development opportunities.
Through the program, launched in 2016, the PDS Health Foundation has provided education and training opportunities to more than 120 schools nationwide, according to a June 3 news release.
