Straumann Group acquired a minority stake in dental software company Carestack Dental Management during the first quarter of 2022.
Straumann Group owns several dental brands, including ClearCorrect, 3Shape and Neodent. Carestack provides cloud-based software solutions for dental practices.
The acquisition, included in Straumann's April 28 first quarter financial report, expands the company's portfolio to include dental software for dental practices and DSOs.
