What dental PPE is still in short supply?

Of personal protective equipment, dentists are least likely to have a 14-day or more supply of gloves, according to the American Dental Association’s latest COVID-19 economic impact survey taken the week of April 12.

Below are the percentage of respondents saying they have a 14-day supply or more for the following PPE:

Gloves: 62.7 percent
Gowns: 67 percent
N95/KN95: 67.3 percent
Disinfecting supplies: 71.8 percent
Surgical masks: 76.1 percent
Face shields: 78.3 percent
