Five DSO milestones to know:
1. Denver-based Lone Peak Dental Group received a $15 million mezzanine debt investment from o15 Capital Partners, an alternative investment firm.
2. Sharon, Mass.-based Qualitas Dental Partners increased its credit facilities with a long-term lender to support future acquisitions.
3. Dallas-based Apex Dental Partners affiliated with five new practices in Colorado, bringing its total network to 65 practices across eight states.
4. Troy, Mich.-based Smile Partners USA expanded its network to Massachusetts, the seventh state the DSO supports practices in.
5. Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Vitana Pediatric & Orthodontic Partners added its first Maryland practice.
