1. Candid said Jan 24. that it is closing all of its direct-to-consumer businesses, including its 45 studio locations, to shift to CandidPro service, a business-to-business model.
2. New York City-based DSO Dntl Bar partnered with Candid to offer clear aligner treatment.
3. Candid is partnering with group purchasing organization Sevāredent to offer clear aligners to its member dentists.
4. Lansdale, Pa.-based Dudhat Dental Group, the official dentist of the Philadelphia Eagles, partnered with Candid to offer clear aligner therapy.
5. Candid added Craig Spodak, DMD, as a faculty member to advance the use of the company’s clear aligners nationwide.
