Here’s what you need to know:
1. The HIPAA-compliant patient feedback platform, called PatientTrak, was developed by Franklin, Wis.-based Lumin Medical.
2. PatientTrak provides content tracking across major physician review sites, including Healthgrades, Vitals, RateMDs and Yelp. Through this review site monitoring, users also have the ability to manage and respond to reviews.
3. PatientTrak provides automated and customized patient satisfaction surveys. These survey results can be used as patient reviews and testimonials, to be published onto the practice website.
