Here are three key points:
1. The Delta Dental PPO Basic Plan and Delta Dental PPO Premium Plan will begin covering patients later this month.
2. Both plans cover 100 percent of diagnostic and preventive care from contracted Delta Dental PPO dentists. In addition the premium plan provides a 50 percent benefit for major services such as root canals, crowns and orthodontics.
3. Delta Dental also offers other individual plans, including dental HMOs in several states.
