Dr. Jim Cossaart opens Bristol Park Dental

Jim Cossaart, DDS, opened Bristol Park Dental in Bristol, Vt., according to an Addison County Independent report.

Dr. Cossaart practiced in Middlebury, Vt., from 2000 to 2008, but moved to Kansas for six years. He recently returned to Vermont to open his new practice.
