Holt Dental supplies practices in Midwestern states including Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Michigan and Indiana. Holt Dental had $15 million in sales in 2013.
The acquisition is intended to extend Patterson Companies’ reach in the Midwestern United States. The terms of the deal were not released.
