Here are three things to know:
1. Premier Dental Hawaii plans to invest in 3D digital technology services, computer aided design and manufacturing technology for same day crowns and laser technology.
2. The dental offices will provide patients with routine exams, oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, implant surgery, cosmetic dentistry and teeth whitening.
3. Honolulu-based Tradewind Capital funded the acquisitions.
