- Fort Bend Dental acquired Aliana Family Dental, a practice in Sugar Land, Texas.
- New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 acquired a dental practice in Westfield, N.J. It also acquired Cirocco Dental Center in Center Valley, Pa., and Ephrata, Pa.-based DSO Dynamic Growth Dental.
- Denver-based Espire Dental made its first acquisition in Texas, marking the fifth state in which the company supports practices.
- New York City-based Behrman Capital, a private equity investment firm, acquired Racine, Wis.-based Vista Apex, a dental manufacturer.
- Eric Xu, DDS, purchased a dental clinic in Olympia, Wash., from Chad Kleven, DDS.
