Vista Apex manufactures dental consumable products for the preventive oral hygiene, endodontics and restorative dentistry sectors, according to an April 10 news release from Behrman.
The company holds more than 50 patents and has facilities in Racine, Wis., St. Louis and China.
Vista Apex will continue to be led by its current management team under the ownership of Behrman Capital, the release said.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
