1. Salt Lake City-based SPP Dental Partners added its first Idaho dental office.

2. Denver-based Lone Peak Dental Group expanded into Tennessee with the addition of a four-office practice.

3. Miami-based United Dental Corporation marked its entry into Tennessee with the addition of a practice in Nashville.

4. Sacramento, Calif.-based Straine Dental Management entered Florida, its 12th state, with the affiliation of a pediatric dental practice.

5. Dallas-based MB2 Dental entered its 41st state by partnering with an endodontics-focused practice in Vermont.

6. Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management added its first practice in Maryland.

7. Denver-based Espire Dental made its first acquisition in Texas, marking the fifth state in which the company supports practices.
