iDENTIfy aims to provide providers with critical information about patients and their purchasing patterns to help retain existing customers and identify new customers.
Several U.S.-based orthodontic practices utilized iDENTIfy’s software in a three-year pilot study. The software increased net promoter score by 19 percent, production growth grew by 15 percent, 5-star Yelp ratings increased 450 percent and Invisalign production increased by 38 percent among others.
The software allows dental and medical practices to obtain patient information early and collect feedback on a patient’s interaction throughout the entire practice cycle.
iDENTIfy was founded in late 2016.
