Here are six DSO milestones that have taken place since May 8:
1. Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health reached the 1,000-practice milestone by opening a practice in Charleston, S.C.
2. Dallas-based MB2 Dental added its first South Carolina dental practice.
3. Sacramento, Calif.-based Straine Dental Management made its first additions in Maine.
4. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental is planning to open four practices in Tennessee, its first venture into the state.
5. Cal Dental USA entered the orthodontic market with its first acquisition.
6. Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental expanded its network into Utah, its 39th state.
