The collaboration will combine the University of the Pacific’s expertise in dentistry and audiology with Stanford Medicine’s diagnostic and surgical capabilities for oral cancers and ear conditions, according to an Aug. 4 news release.

Two multidisciplinary clinics will be added to the University of the Pacific’s San Francisco campus to support the initiative. The initiative will also support multidisciplinary education, research and clinical care for students and residents.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place November 12–14 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
