Perio Implant Moon signed a long-term lease for the building with plans to open during the first quarter of 2025.
The practice will be led by Laura Moon, DDS, who said the location of the building was a factor in her decision to open the practice there.
The 32,000-square-foot medical office property is located in an area that has reportedly seen an increase in healthcare investment in recent years.
Other healthcare practices located in the property include a plastic surgery center and a psychotherapy office.
