- Chicago-based HuFriedyGroup, a dental solutions company, signed a framework agreement to acquire the dental business of Mectron.
- Reisterstown, Md.-based Real Diagnostics acquired SimplyTest, a provider of saliva-based oral health tests, expanding the clinical laboratory into dental practices.
- Orlando, Fla.-based Standard Dental Labs acquired Dr. Tooth, a dental laboratory business in Dunedin, Fla.
- Richmond, Va.-based KAC Dental acquired two dental practices in Virginia.
