Pearl’s biggest achievements of 2024

Here are the top achievements from dental artificial intelligence company Pearl’s 2024, according to a Jan. 2 news release from the company.

1. Pearl released new dental products, including Precheck, an AI-powered insurance eligibility and benefits verification tool, and Calibrate, the first AI-powered clinical calibration and training tool used by providers. 

2. The company raised $58 million in Series B funding, the largest dental AI investment to date. Pearl also received strategic investments from the American Dental Association and Dental Innovation Alliance.

3. Pearl partnered with Peak, Software of Excellence, Midwest Dental Equipment & Supply, Ora, Tab32, Archy, Patterson Dental, and Plandent.

4. More than 150,000 dentists and practitioners across the world have access to Pearl’s AI programs.

5. The company named McKenzie Fagan as vice president of DSO sales, Brian Kim as chief product officer, and Bobby Cooper as vice president of customer success.
