2. Twenty-one percent of Medicaid patients have not had a dentist visit in five-plus years.
3. This figure is higher than total adult respondents. Overall, 12 percent of adults have not seen a dentist in five years-plus.
4. Among diabetic patients, 19 percent have not seen a dentist in five-plus years.
5. Eleven percent of non-diabetic patients have not had a dental visit in more than five years.
