- Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management added its first practice in Wisconsin.
- Dallas-based Smile Doctors acquired myOrthos, entering four new states: Delaware, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.
- SPP Dental Partners added its first practice in Utah.
- ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers opened its first location in Hawaii.
- Dallas-based MB2 Dental added its first practice in Hawaii, partnering with Hawaii Endodontics.
- Denver-based Lone Peak Dental Group expanded its network into Georgia.
