New York City-based Rondah AI, the developer of an AI platform for DSOs, raised $1.8 million during a pre-seed funding round.

The company’s AI agents find missed revenue opportunities, alleviate staffing burdens and improve the patient experience, according to an April 9 new release from Rondah AI.

With the additional funds, Rondah AI will expand the platform’s capabilities to include outbound recalls, insurance processing, billing and payments, persistent memory and treatment planning.

The funding round was led by 2048 Ventures and Twelve Below, the release said.
