California
1. Salt Lake City-based SPP Dental Partners added its first orthodontic practice, partnering with Daniel Hulme, DDS, in Santa Cruz, Calif.
2. Sacramento, Calif.-based Children’s Choice Dental Care opened a practice in Oceanside, Calif.
3. Aloha Dental Care in Carpinteria, Calif., relocated its office after 18 years at its previous location.
4. Dana Point, Calif.-based Silver Creek Dental Partners closed a debt financing agreement with Ivy Asset Group, a private credit firm.
5. Dental Implants of Bakersfield (Calif.) opened a dental implant center in Bakersfield.
Florida
1. The Florida Senate passed a bill preemptively preventing local municipalities from adding fluoride to water supplies.
2. A dentist in Florida was restricted and fined after a patient died undergoing an implant replacement.
3. A single-tenant retail property in Leesburg, Fla., that houses a Heartland Dental practice, was sold.
4. A dentist in Boynton Beach, Fla., voluntarily surrendered his dental license following allegations that he committed fraud.

1. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 is introducing a new program to create new approaches for clinical excellence.
2. New York City-based Rondah AI, the developer of an AI platform for DSOs, raised $1.8 million during a pre-seed funding round.
3. Efros Orthodontics opened a new practice in Albany, N.Y., its seventh location.
4. New York City-based Beam Dental, formerly known as Beam St, added six practice locations to its network.
5. Dallas-based MB2 Dental expanded its network in New York.
