A Montant dentist recently agreed to surrender his license after facing allegations of sexual misconduct.

Ronny Rodriguez, DMD, is the owner of Dental Care of Montana in Missoula.

Dr. Rodriguez was accused of engaging in sexual misconduct with two female employees of the practice, according to documents filed with the board.

The board is allowing Dr. Rodriguez to continue practicing until Aug. 6 so he can transition his patients and wind down operations at his practice, after which the board will revoke his license. He will be allowed to petition the board for license reinstatement after seven years.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
