Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners added NW Digital Dentistry in San Luis Obispo, Calif.
Sacramento, Calif.-based Straine Dental Management acquired Regents Dental Group in San Diego.
Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management partnered with Sierra Foothills Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, which has four locations in California. It also partnered with Douglas J. Valentine DDS Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Grass Valley, Calif.
Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners affiliated with Albert Silvera, DDS, in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health added Long Beach (Calif.) Modern Dentistry, Escondido (Calif.) Modern Dentistry, Dentists of Santa Clara (Calif.).
Southlake, Texas-based Allied OMS added TorriMed Oral Surgery and Dental Implants in Torrance, Calif.; Bixby Knolls Oral Surgery in Long Beach, Calif.; and VistaMed Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Vista, Calif.
Salt Lake City-based SPP Dental Partners added its first orthodontic practice, partnering with Hulme Orthodontics in Santa Cruz, Calif.

Cumming, Ga.-based OMS360 acquired Winter Haven Oral Surgery.
Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health affiliated with Dentists of Maitland (Fla.).
Eau Claire, Wis.-based Specialty Smile Partners acquired Little Gators Pediatric Dentistry in Winter Gardens, Fla.
Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental added Davie (Fla.) Dental to its network. It also partnered with David Green, DDS, who has two practices in Florida.
Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health added Dentists On Biscayne in Miami and Wildwood (Fla.) Modern Dentistry. It also added Dentists of Hialeah and Dentists in the Grove in Miami.
ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers opened an office in The Villages.
Chicago-based Aspen Dental opened a location in Oviedo, Fla.
Sarasota, Fla.-based Parkview Dental Partners acquired the office of Douglas Wendt, DDS, and two Lifetime Smiles Dental Care practices.

Dallas-based MB2 Dental added Richard Kobak, DDS, and Emmanuil Diamantakis, DDS, of Syosset (N.Y.) Dental.
Great Neck, N.Y.-based The Smilist affiliated with Inspire Dental Group, a multispecialty practice with three locations in New York.
