1. Miami-based Guardian Dentistry Partners recently added FreshDental in Hickory, N.C., to its network.
2. Chicago-based Aspen Dental opened a full-service practice in Missoula, Mont., led by Trevor Given, DMD. It also opened a new location Oct. 8 in Whiteville, N.C.
3. Phoenix-based SALT Dental Partners entered Illinois and Indiana in Q3, adding a multi-site pediatric dentistry and orthodontic practice as its 12th partnership of 2026.
4. Dental Associates of Florida, a practice supported by Sarasota, Fla.-based Dental Care Alliance, opened a new location.
5. Irving, Texas-based Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics is set to open a dental hub in Commerce City, Colo.
