Phoenix-based Salt Dental Partners recently opened a second headquarters office in Nashville, Tenn.
The DSO previously only had a headquarters office in Phoenix, which will also remain open.
The new headquarters will help the DSO continue to support its growing network across the U.S., according to a news release from the company.
Salt Dental Partners supports more than 150 locations in 20 states.
