A Texas man was arrested for allegedly making a bomb threat against an Aspen Dental office, The Messenger reported July 30.
Robert Ulicki, 75, allegedly told an employee at an Aspen Dental office in Fort Dodge, Texas, that he knew how to make a pipe bomb and mentioned one being placed at the dental office. The incident allegedly happened in April. He was charged with threat, explosive or incendiary device and first-degree harassment.
The criminal complaint filed against Mr. Ulicki does not indicate that any explosive or incendiary device was found there, The Messenger reported.
Mr. Ulicki made his initial appearance in Webster County Magistrate Court July 29, where he waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
