1. CrownPoint Partners, a real estate brokerage and advisory firm, closed a dental sale-leaseback portfolio in Ohio for $5.47 million.
2. A retail property in Plover, Wis., that includes a Heartland Dental practice location was sold for $1.2 million.
3. Real estate investment firm Secure Properties acquired a 12-property dental sale-leaseback in Florida for approximately $28 million.
4. Dental implant manufacturer ZimVie entered an agreement to merge its operations with Archimed, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, for $730 million.
5. A North Carolina office tower leased to dental technology company Dentsply Sirona was sold for $71.5 million.
