Standard Dental Labs, a Florida-based dental laboratory consolidator, has signed an agreement to acquire Dream Dentistry Labs in Clearwater, Fla.

Dream Dentistry Labs is a full-service dental laboratory with five technicians. The lab is on pace to exceed $1 million in revenue for 2025, according to a Nov. 5 news release.

Under the agreement, Standard Dental Labs will acquire Dream Dentistry Labs’ operating assets through a combination of cash and performance-based shares. Dream Dentistry Labs will retain its name after the closing.

The deal is part of Standard Dental Labs’ acquisition strategy focused on Florida, which includes four other pending transactions in the central region of the state. Letters of Intent were signed with all four companies earlier this year.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place November 12–14 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
