7 dental acquisitions in October

Here are seven dental industry acquisitions Becker’s reported on in October:

1. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 acquired Van Buren Dental in Kettering, Ohio.

2. Atlanta-based Providence Dental Partners acquired The Dental Center of Atlanta.

3. A Heartland Dental property in Oklahoma was acquired by Four Corners Property Trust for $3.3 million.

4. A retail center in Norwalk, Conn., that includes an Aspen Dental practice location was purchased for $44.5 million. 

5. Jenks, Okla.-based Lumio Dental purchased a dental practice in Southlake, Texas. 

6. Danbury, Conn.-based Archway Dental Partners acquired five dental offices in Connecticut. 

7. Dental implant manufacturer ZimVie’s stockholders voted to approve the acquisition of the company by Archimed.
