Connecticut retail center with an Aspen Dental purchased for $44M

A retail center in Norwalk, Conn., that includes an Aspen Dental practice location has been purchased for $44.5 million. 

The 165,409-square-foot center’s other tenants include Walmart, ULTA, Just Salad, Panera and Qdoba Mexican Restaurant, according to an Oct. 13 news release from the broker. 

Walmart, which anchors the center, acquired the property. 

Aspen Dental is one of the largest DSOs in the U.S., supporting more than 1,100 practices.
