Here are five updates on California’s dental industry, as reported by Becker’s since Nov. 7:
1. The University of California San Francisco acquired two buildings next to its Mission Bay, Calif., campus to upgrade its dental school.
2. Salt Lake City-based Nuvia Dental Implant Center expanded its network with a new location in California.
3. Los Angeles-based Cal Dental USA announced it added seven practices to its network so far in 2025.
4. A Western Dental office in Fairfield, Calif., was damaged in a two-alarm fire.
5. Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Imagen Dental Partners added Koopah & Koopah, Inc. to its network.
